Most of the time in life, our desires and dreams do not come true in the way we would like or have planned.
They follow their own, perhaps predetermined path — a path different from our wishes.
In any case, we must have faith in God or in our gods, so that the light of the sun may shine around us, releasing the hidden forces that will bring balance to our being.
Let us remember, however, that various games are played within our mind, giving rise to events that follow our thoughts. For this reason, our thoughts should always be directed toward the right path.

The writer
Ioannis P. Georgakopoulos
Dr. Ioannis P. Georgakopoulos was awarded a Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) by the Medical School of the University of Patras, graduating with the distinction of Excellent.
He served as an Infantry Officer in the Hellenic Army Special Forces, where he commanded the 2nd Special Team of the ETA (Special Parachutist Task Group). He successfully completed virtually all of the Special Forces’ advanced training programs.
A holder of the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI) International Sport Parachuting License since 1974, he is widely regarded as a pioneer of Greek sport parachuting, being the first Greek to obtain this prestigious international certification. He is also a member of the Associazione Nazionale Paracadutisti d’Italia (ANPd’I) and has completed more than 1,700 parachute jumps.
He studied Dentistry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Medicine at the University of Patras. He subsequently pursued postgraduate education and advanced clinical training in the United States, Italy, and Austria. In addition, he holds an Executive MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Dr. Georgakopoulos practices exclusively in the fields of oral surgery and implant dentistry, with a particular scientific focus on the clinical application of autologous growth factors and stem cells in regenerative dentistry. His research, clinical innovations, and educational contributions have earned international recognition, leading to frequent invitations as a keynote speaker, lecturer, and instructor at international congresses, scientific meetings, and advanced educational programs around the world.
He currently serves as President of the World Academy of Growth Factors & Stem Cells in Dentistry (WAGRO). He is also the Director of the Postgraduate Programs at the School of Dentistry of the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), Greece Branch (PgO–UCAM Greece), where he oversees advanced postgraduate education in oral surgery, periodontology, and implant dentistry.
